I went to yoga today, taught by H. She rubbed this really good-smelling vanilla stuff into our forehead and upper back during relaxation (savasana or corpse pose). She had us do headstands without the wall. I really depend on the wall. I did do the headstand without it, but then I toppled over to the side (with control, so I didn't hurt myself). She came over and explained that I need to keep my shoulders back when I do headstand without the wall. Apparently I have a little curve when I do it and that makes my body want to topple over. In the elevator, some guy said, "Do you come here regularly?" I almost giggled because it made me think of that "Do you come here often?" thing.

I had falafel with tahini lemon sauce for lunch...now the falafel is gone.

Saw a pug today on the way back from yoga...I said, "Puggy!" and approached it to pat it, but the skanky cigarette-smoking owner went into a nearby ATM/deli.
