The most refreshing thing ever
This is really yummy.
Banana lassi: 1 ripe banana, 1 c. plain yogurt, 2 Tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp cardamom (optional), 10 ice cubes. Put everything in a blender.
This is also a good hot-weather salad: 1 Granny Smith apple, 1 ripe pear, 1 celery stalk, 1 scant half-cup walnuts, 1/8 c. raisins, 1 to 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (to keep the fruit from turning brown). Combine everything in a bowl. For dressing, you can use plain yogurt mixed with honey.
