Today was our second day of backbends at yoga school. I did scorpion! This involved:
T doing downward dog (hands and feet on the ground, hips up in the air)
I put my forearms on the ground, facing T. Then I rose one leg and the teacher helped me flip up my other leg. Then I put both feet on T's back!!!

In other news, I put henna in my hair.
