Introducing...the Etsy store.

Taking Liz's advice, I've opened an Etsy store. It's not really hat season, so I'm starting out with cashmere change purses:

Feel free to drop by the store and enjoy virtual doughnuts and coffee. I also put up a link in my blog section, which is now a link section :)

I'll be adding new stuff from time to time.

Good for you! I didn't know there were any websites other than eBay where one could sell one's wares :)

Liz - :) I'll try to take your advice on the wristwarmers, too.

Kitkat - thanks! I saw a blog friend create a store like this and it's actually pretty easy...they let you open the store for free and just charge 20 cents per listed item.

Maybe this is the way I need to go. Is it easy to set up the paypal with Etsy?

I've struggled with the same decision to sell/not sell. As long as I still enjoy it and feel like it's a hobby, then I'll do it. I'm considering renting a table at a craft show to see how that goes. Maybe I'll invite Jesse to sell some of her artwork, too. :)

i actually set up paypal before, on eBay. i can't really remember it, but i think it was easy. and Etsy is very user friendly.

Knit slippers are the best. Hint hint.

C - thanks for the suggestion! I'll see if I can whip a pair up. I have a pattern for slippers, but I haven't tried them yet.
