I finished a shrug this morning. I'm very satisfied with it. Sometimes, like writing, a piece of knitting doesn't turn out exactly like you imagined...but this one did.

If you're interested in making it, the pattern is here.

When I saw this on FB, it looked so tiny, like a doll's clothes :) Now it looks woman-sized. Once again, you've made we want to knit something like that or a full cardigan. Very cute!

I recommend it :) Cute pattern, no sewing. I can see you making a purple one for some reason...

What kind of yarn did you use? Nothing in my stash is giving me the right gauge.

I used Malabrigo Chunky on a size 11 needle - 3 st exactly. I think Lion Brand Jiffy is also 3 st on a size 11 needle...

It also looked really small to me too, at first glance. It's cute, though!

Okay, I've decided to knit this. It won't be for me, though. Rich hinted that I should knit something for his dad's girlfriend since we'll visiting during her birthday.

Yay! You might want to add a few st to the back and sleeves for her...I know some ravelers complained that it was small.

Yes, I read the comments yesterday after buying the yarn, so I hope I have enough. I definitely want to make it longer and a little wider.
