I've been using the slow cooker again now that autumn is here. Broccoli cheddar soup yesterday. Tonight (overnight) I'm going to try this apple oatmeal. I'll use less brown sugar; 3/4 cup seems a bit much.

On second thought, this looks even better.

I made banana overnight steel cut oatmeal in the slow cooker. I'm trying apple tonight. It is more satisfying than regular oatmeal...
