Eric made pumpkin soup. I'd never had it before, and I wasn't sure if it would be good. It was :)

It wasn't too bad. He got store-brought broth this time (last time he made soup, he insisted on making his own broth). And the soup called for pumpkin puree with spices added & veg broth, instead of starting from scratch with pumpkin. Much easier...

Made broc, pot, cheese soup thx to you (or making it right now in slow cooker). OOOO that sounds fantastic!!! The pumpkin soup...yum.

Making slow cooker minestrone now - diced tomatoes, broth, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, fresh basil, rosemary, salt, pepper, small white beans, pasta shells and spinach...you add the cooked pasta & spinach near the end
