Ugh, I threw my back out. The last time I did that, I was bending down to take E out of his crib. So that would have been 2008 or 2009. So at least it doesn't happen very often. I am walking around like a hunchback. Can't stand up straight. So tomorrow I am going to the chiropractor. It's been so long since I have seen him, he has moved to a new office. Still on 5th Avenue, but further up. Closer to my house, actually. So that is good.

Finishing up Double Fudge Brownie Murder by Joanne Fluke. I always enjoy her food-related mysteries.

I threw my back out a couple of months ago trying to do a sideways plank. I obviously did it wrong.

Yes, it's surprising what can trigger it...I was just bending down to get something.

Thanks, it got better, and then I pulled it again, not as bad, but going to see chiropractor this Friday.

I’m sorry to hear about the unfortunate situation you’ve been through. Taking care of a baby is hard work, and it could require a bit of muscle to do so. Anyway, it’s nice to know that you were able to consult with your chiropractor. I hope he was able to provide some relief, if not fix the problem entirely. Thanks for sharing this, Bearette. All the best!

Back pains are the worst, not only because of the excruciating pain it could bring, but also because of all the limitations it can bestow upon you. Anyway, how was your chiropractor visit? I hope it doesn’t happen again any time soon. Thank you for sharing, and take care!
