I'm addicted to this lentil minestrone from one of Deborah Madison's cookbooks. Lentils, soup shells, carrots, celery, onion, bay leaves, thyme sprigs, salt and spinach. So good.

so annoying about alex's gluten free (yes they make gluten-free noodles but way more expensive and rather just give to him then whole family, so separate pots...etc. ...white man's problems...

have you seen ever googled potatoes in the mist - some nice pix

Yeah, gluten free definitely seems complicated...has it helped him? I haven't googled it, will do :)
